Phoenix Crest Agency provides access to a customer relationship management (CRM) platform, marketing tools, communications services (including phone numbers, SMS, calls, and A2P messaging), and other digital business solutions.
All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped or provided.

Account & Usage
Each client is responsible for maintaining the security of their account login credentials.
Wallet balances, phone numbers, A2P registrations, SMS credits, and call credits are allocated directly to your account and may be consumed immediately upon purchase.
Phoenix Crest Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if accounts are misused, fraudulent activity is detected, or payments are disputed.
Payments & Billing
All fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated. Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Wallet balances, phone numbers, SMS, calls, and A2P registrations are non-refundable, including but not limited to unused credits, prepaid balances, or partially used subscriptions.
Refund & Dispute Policy
ue to the digital nature of our services and third-party carrier costs, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Wallet credits, numbers, and SMS/call/A2P fees are consumed at the time of allocation, whether or not the client uses them.
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Phoenix Crest Agency reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate all associated services and delete phone numbers and A2P registrations to prevent further charges.
Third-Party Services
Our platform relies on third-party carriers, vendors, and software providers (including but not limited to SMS carriers and telecommunication services). Phoenix Crest Agency is not responsible for outages, delays, or costs imposed by these third parties.
Limitation of Liability
Phoenix Crest Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of business, or service interruptions. These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
